We operate our bakery Monday to Friday, so our delivery days are:

Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

At checkout you can choose your date. Please note if you live in NI, Scottish Highlands and Islands may be later than selected due to the 48 hour logistics. We recommend for these areas to pick a Wed delivery day.

Please note this is a guide only. DHL may not be able to deliver on your chosen delivery date due to potential external factors, busy times etc. and may in certain circumstances redeliver the next day. This will be notified to you on tracking.

Please review our T&Cs before ordering as we will not refund for a package that has been delayed an additional day.  

We also cannot refund you if the parcel misses a date you wanted it for i.e. a gift, party, wedding, birthday etc UNLESS  it has been explicitly arranged with us BEFORE ordering.

We use DHL as our trusted courier service, ensuring that all parcels are delivered directly to your door or a designated safe place on the scheduled delivery day.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking number and link. This allows you to:

- Add a safe place for delivery.
- Redirect your parcel to a neighbour or an alternate address.
- Change the delivery date or time via DHL's website.

If you do not specify a safe place, the parcel will be left on your doorstep to ensure timely delivery. Please note, once delivered, the parcel becomes your responsibility. In the event of theft, we cannot be held liable, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Our cookies last approximately a week from when they are made.

They can be stored ambient in the box, or an airtight container for up to 7 days.

They can also be frozen for up to 30 days and just need defrosting at room temperature for 2 hours.

To bring cookies to oven freshness you can microwave them for 10 to 20 seconds.

Yes. However it does take 48 hours with DHL to NI, and the Highlands and Islands.

We make our cookies to an Authentic Sugar cookie recipe that was first founded by a company called Dutchman's Market in Santa Clara, then followed by Swig Cookies, subsequently Crumbl Cookies amongst others.

We wanted to bring a UK twist to the American Sugar Cookie with popular UK chocolate bars and desserts.

We post our cookies across the UK and many people have reviewed them as better tasting :)

The sugar cookies as their name suggests are sweet. The buttercream is also really sweet. If you don't like overly sweet treats then these cookies are not for you.

The classic chocolate chip and triple chocolate chip are more like regular cookie sweetness.

We currently have gift cards you can add to our boxes for a small fee. We will soon launch a range of dip your own cookies with a choice of buttercreams.
