We're not going to lie! Our cookies are super sweet, they are called sugar cookies for a reason, and the buttercream is made to our traditional recipe.

If you want a less sweet option we do our classic triple chocolate and choc chip cookie.

We can offer a discount for large orders of our cookies boxes delivery certainly, if its for a corporate gifting order.

We can also personalise the cookies with edible logo toppers.

We love that you are treating someone with our cookies for their special day, and if we know about it via email we will always try our upmost to ensure they arrive on that day.

Please note unless we have charged additional delivery like pre 10:30/noon on the chosen day we cannot guarantee they will arrive, and as such follow our normal T&C's.

We deliver our cookies across the UK and this includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands.

Delivery to these destinations takes longer, and we will always try to honour your chosen date but it may be they arrive the day after.

For anyone living in the NI, Highlands and Islands we always recommend choosing Wednesday as your delivery date, this covers any potential delays and ensures you get them by a Friday at worst.

On checkout you select the preferred date you would like the cookies to be received by. This date as per our T&Cs is a preferred date and we will try our best alongside DHL to deliver on this day.

Things can happen and parcels can be delayed once with the courier, and we have designed the cookies to last almost 7 days from being made. We cannot offer a refund or discount if they have been delayed up to 4 days from manufacture as we know they will still taste great.

Nowadays nothing is sacred and cookies are a prime target to be nabbed off your doorstep! You MUST select a safe space, Service Point or preferred neighbour when you receive your tracking from DHL.

Please note we instruct DHL not to return the cookies to the depot so you receive them as fresh as possible. This is why it is very important to manage your delivery via the tracking link we provide.

Failure to do so will mean we CANNOT help you if some cookie monster pinches them.

Our cookies last approximately a week from when they are made.

They can be stored ambient in the box, or an airtight container for up to 7 days.

They can also be frozen for up to 30 days and just need defrosting at room temperature for 2 hours.

To bring cookies to oven freshness you can microwave them for 10 to 20 seconds.
