If you've been on TikTok or Instagram in the last couple of years, you've probably seen them. Crumbl are massive, thick, frosted American cookies that look almost too good to eat. That's Crumbl Cookies.
We haven't forgotten the e, its spelt Crumbl. Don't ask us why but they certainly inspired us.
They've become one of the biggest food brands in the US, with over 1,000 stores and millions of followers online. Every week they drop a new rotating menu of flavours, and people genuinely queue around the block to try them.
So naturally, the first question we thought of was being a donut shop at the time - can you get Crumbl Cookies in the UK?
Short answer - Nope! Crumbl doesn't have any UK stores and they don't ship internationally. There's no word on when they'll ever come to the UK. We hope they don't though lol.
So What Do You Do If You Want a Crumbl Cookie in the UK?
That's where we come in.
We started Dipp'd in 2023 because we were obsessed with Crumbl cookies and couldn't get them over here. So we learned how to make them ourselves — thick, American-style sugar cookies with ridiculous toppings, baked fresh at our bakery in Shrewsbury.
We're not a franchise. We're not affiliated with Crumbl. We're just a small, women-led bakery that wanted to bring that same style of cookie to the UK — and now we post them to your door.
What Makes Them "Crumbl style"?
If you haven't tried one before, here's what to expect:
- They're big. Properly big. Not a little biscuit — a thick, soft, oversized cookie
- They're frosted. Most of our cookies are loaded with buttercream, toppings, drizzles, or sauces and ultra sweet. If you don't like your teeth tingling with sweetness then best avoid.
- The flavours rotate. Just like Crumbl, our menu changes regularly. We've done everything from Biscoff to Birthday Cake, Kinder Bueno to Dubai Chocolate
- They're meant to be shared. Our boxes of 3 or 6 are designed for gifting, treating yourself, or just making someone's day. It's hard to eat one all by yourself - trust me!
So the Dipp'd base is our own recipe — a soft sugar cookie that we've spent ages getting right. Its supposed to be soft and crumbly, almost like a shortbread but not. When customers try them for the first time, the thing we hear most is that it genuinely tastes like the American ones they've seen online.
Which is better Crumbl or Dipp'd?
Well we honestly think our cookies are better but we are biased. We have spoke to numerous customers who all agree they are close or better than Crumbl cookies. The only difference we have is some of the flavours we cant do as they don't post well, and they aren't fresh out of the oven when they arrive on your doorstep as they have been on route since the day before.
But you can easily fix that with a quick microwave blast!

2. Choose a delivery date, we bake your cookies fresh the day before
3. We post them with a DHL 24-hour tracked service, straight to your door. Northern Ireland takes a wee bit longer.
