Will It Fit?
We've tested our letterbox packaging against standard UK letterbox dimensions — it's designed to fit. A standard UK residential letterbox opening is 228mm x 38mm. Our trio box slips through without a problem.
If you're sending to a flat or apartment with a communal entrance, we recommend using our standard box delivery instead, as communal letterboxes vary in size.

Yes! Our trio box is specifically designed and tested to fit through a standard UK residential letterbox (228mm x 38mm opening). No one needs to be in — your cookies will be waiting when your recipient gets home.
Some letterboxes — particularly in older properties or communal flats — can be smaller than standard. If you're unsure, we recommend opting for our standard box size with a nominated safe place for delivery, or having the recipient confirm their letterbox size.
Absolutely! Add your personal message during checkout and we'll hand write it and include it inside the box. Perfect for adding that personal touch.
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 7-10 days of delivery. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months — just defrost at room temperature for 2 hours before enjoying.They can also be brought back to oven freshness in the microwave in 10 second bursts
We aim to offer delivery on your chosen day, so thats next day. Sometimes delays happen but the cookies will be fine. Please check our current delivery timescales on the product page or FAQ section, as these can vary with demand.
Yes! Our Vegan Trio Box is packed slim for letterbox delivery and is completely plant-based. Same great size, same creative flavours — just dairy and egg free.They arent in the same style as the Crumbl soft cookie but we are developing this
